What happends during the first call?
Our initial consultation is a 30-minute discovery call where we learn about your business challenges, goals, and current technology landscape. We'll discuss potential approaches and determine if there's a good fit for collaboration. There's no obligation. It's simply an opportunity to explore possibilities.
What's your typical project timeline?
Most audits are completed with 2-3 weeks where you are then presented with a detailed, prioritized roadmap. for your business. When implementing projects, our goal is for your to see clear value within 90 dayas.
Who owns the AI you build for customers?
All of the IP belongs to the client from day one, including all workflows, code, database infrastructure, and other tech related to the project. In the event that our partnership ends, we provide a full handoff with robust documentation and training for the entire system.
How do you measure ROI?
We tie everything to operating metrics that roll into the P&L—jobs booked, speed-to-lead, labor hours saved, margin, and utilization. If we can’t show where value appears financially, we don’t recommend doing the work.
