Outcomes, not experiments
A few of the operating problems we’ve solved — and the value that showed up in the P&L.
Our thesis
Build Intelligence.
Create Leverage.
Growing businesses create valuable data every day. But most of it gets trapped across siloed tools, unreliable processes, and busy people.
That’s where Highlane comes in. We turn that information into intelligence and leverage.

Common questions about working with Highlane to improve your revenue systems, automation, and visibility.
What happends during the first call?
We’ll learn how your revenue engine works today — your systems, lead flow, pipeline, follow-up, reporting, and where things are breaking down. If there’s a fit, we’ll identify the highest-value areas to attack first.
What's your typical project timeline?
Our goal is to create measurable improvement as quickly as possible. Most initial projects run 30–90 days, with early wins often showing up well before the full build is complete.
Who owns the systems you build for clients?
You do. All project IP belongs to the client from day one — including tools, workflows, code, database infrastructure, and related technology. If the partnership ends, we provide a full handoff with documentation and training so your team can operate the system independently.
How do you measure ROI?
We tie everything to operating metrics that roll into the P&L — jobs booked, speed-to-lead, labor hours saved, margin, and utilization. If we can’t show where the value appears financially, we don’t recommend the work.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually not. Our approach is to fix the leaky sink before remodeling the kitchen. That means improving the systems you already have, connecting what’s disconnected, and only replacing tools when there’s a clear business case.
